The Department of Training and Education at Priority One is recognized as a Community Training Center through the American Heart Assocation. We have the ability and staff to provide training in the community, our contracted facilities, and to our own personnel. Recently, our in-house training made its way to the Transport Divison personnel, training them as First Responders!
Our EMTs and Paramedics are instructors for classes such as:
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ALS)
- Pediatric Advanced life Support (PALS)
- Prehospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS)
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and First Aid
Our contracted facilities have the option of receiving CPR training and/or recertification, at no cost *
If you would like additional information on hosting a class, please contact us during normal business hours, Monday thru Friday.
- Classes must have a minimum of five students
- Classes must be scheduled one month prior to date
* Facility Staff: we offer to you, the facility, two CPR classes per year, free of charge. The first aid course is NOT provided with the CPR classes. If you would like to schedule both courses, please tell us when you call. Please note that adding the first aid class may subject you to a fee.
